Welcome to Chapter 37! We believe almost nothing is better than a good story. Your home is the story of YOU! I use sewing to help a home reflect the owner personally. Every room is a new chapter that should tell your story better and better!
Everything we make is custom sewn after the order is placed so that each measurement, pattern request, and detail is just exactly right. For that reason, turn around time is two to four weeks depending on fabric availability. If you are local to Florence, SC we can make house calls to measure windows and beds for a small service fee.
We use quality upholstery and drapery weight fabrics. We can use one of our fabrics for a custom project or we can use yours. It is no problem to send you a sample of one of our fabrics before you purchase so please ask! Once the item has been made there are NO RETURNS!! Who's Who
Hey there! My name is Abby, and I so appreciate you stopping by to take a look! Chapter 37 Sewing and Interiors came about in my dining room as I was a single mom of three girls trying to earn some extra income. I started with pillows, staying up waaaay too late at night, and learned (by making thousands of mistakes) everything I could from YouTube. Years later I can now offer services to make most things that involve fabric inside or outside your home. Fast forward to today, and I now am a mom/stepmom to six girls. The shop is not on the dining room table anymore (instead there's cell phones, nail polish and someone's socks??)! My philosophy is still the exact same though...Learn everything you can, work hard, and trust God for the rest. That is where the name of my business Chapter 37 comes from...in the Bible there is a beautiful promise found in Psalms 37:3 "Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed." I've never had a day that God didn't take care of me. My greatest delight is to help people find peace inside their homes with beauty that calms them, and inside their hearts by knowing a God who deeply loves them.
